No it is very straight forward, installation of the app takes around 30 seconds, full account setup is done in around 3 mintues.

Do i need to install anything on my phone or computer?

No, all tracking is done from your pc/laptop via our website, all you need to do is open a web browser.

How will payment show up on my credit card bill ?

We use a non descript payment description, there is no mention of Everstealth or Cell phone tracking etc, you can purchase with confidence.

How long is my subscription for ?

There is no minimum or maximum contract, you can cancel at any time with no commitments.

Do you provide techincal support ?

Yes, we offer both email and a live support function, We pride ourselves on our after sales customer support.

Do you provide software updates?

Yes, once you have purchased Evertealth you receive all software updates at no extra charge.

How long do you store copies of my logs?

All logs are stored for 30 days.

Can i track more than one cell phone ?

Yes, you can purchase as many licences as required, and monitor them all from your main admin account. We can offer discounts for bulk purchases, please email for details.

Can I change which phone im tracking ?

Yes, if you email us we can remove the old handset from your account allowing you to set the new one up.
